Hmmm, where to start???? Its only 10:30 am and the day has already been quite eventful! Lets see, up at 5:30, warmed up the car and downed a pear. Then off to the gym. Home by 7, quick protein oats with a little choc., banana and some honey to replenish my muscles. Then a quick shower, got the little one fed and ready and then out the door to take our kitten (Sunshine) to Vet. for a few surgery's. I wont get into details. After the vet we were off to gymnastics class. Home at 10:00 and by this time I was starving. I usually try to eat every 3 hrs. but more like 2 1/2. Made up some eggs which consisted of spinach, broccoli, and 5 egg whites and a big bowl of pumpkin oats which consisted of 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 1 egg white, lots of pumpkin pie spice and some vanilla creme stevia. SOOOO YUMMY!!!! Now I am just patiently for a call from the Vet. to see how my little Sunshine is doing. Pics of Sunshine and food are sone to follow but I am stll trying to figure this whole blogging thing out.
Lunch was a yummy salad and some beefy nachos!!
Wasnt very hungry but had cottage cheese mixed with a tbsp. of low carb strawberry yogurt and a tbsp. of naturally more peanut butter (my fav.)
